Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Nitrex Pro gloves. If you’re not, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.

30-Day Returns

You may return your order within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition and packaging, with any unopened boxes intact. We’re unable to accept returns on opened boxes that have been used, for hygiene reasons, unless the product is faulty.

How to Start a Return

Email us at info@shopnitrex.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back before contacting us.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can’t be responsible for items lost in transit back to us. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at info@shopnitrex.com within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right at no cost to you, including return shipping where applicable.

Subscriptions

The 30-day guarantee applies to your first order on a subscription. You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time — see our cancellation policy for details.
