Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only. All orders are dispatched from our US warehouse.
Delivery Times
Orders are delivered within 1–2 business days after dispatch. Orders placed before 2:00 PM (local warehouse time) on a business day are typically dispatched the same day; orders placed after that, or on weekends and holidays, are dispatched the next business day.
Shipping Costs
- Free standard shipping on all orders of $100 or more.
- Orders under $100 are charged a flat standard shipping rate, calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking
You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order ships, including tracking information so you can follow your delivery.
Delays
While we aim to meet the delivery times above, occasional delays can occur due to carrier issues, weather, or events outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us at info@shopnitrex.com and we’ll help track it down.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re unable to reroute or refund orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping may apply).
